Gravity stacked through fully engineered block and natural stone, built to hold a hillside for decades.
Water moved off the foundation, the driveway and the yard, with custom sloping designed for the site.

The dig, the cut, the fill and the grade. Foundation excavation, pool excavation and full site prep on the tight, steep, awkward lots the Okanagan is full of.
Pool decks, patios, stairs, walkways, fire features and water features. Large format pavers and cut stone, set on base work that will not move.
Low voltage and colour changing LED built into the hardscape as it goes in, not bolted on afterward. Stair lighting, wall washing and lit water features.
Frameless glass that keeps the lake in the view, and powder coated metal fencing and gates that hold their line. Posts and footings go in with the hardscape, never drilled in after the fact.
In house, and staying there. Irrigation goes in as part of our own build so the schedule is ours to keep, with analogue or smart systems sized to the property.
JRO Construction builds at the high end of the Okanagan market, and only at the high end. What we build is not the cheap version of anything, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
